NC-Awards Plug-In and modifications to "Like" button

Looking to hire a coder for two jobs:
1) Awards gallery: We'd like to have a gallery of Awards that users can attach/add to their profile. Gifs provided.
2) Modification to the "Like" button, changing it to another descriptor (Admire).
