how to show error message instead of the exception been loged

when i tested the site by creatin a user with the mail that alredy exisit in the site ,it is showing a fatal error exception insted of showing a waring to user that the email alredy exisist's

You must log in to post replies.Normally when a fatal error shows up, it'll write an entry in your error_log file log. Have you checked there?
