Pop up log in box displaying below the fold

When I click 'Log in' at my site, the pop up login box appears below the fold and I have to scroll down the page to see it. Does anybody know how I can make the pop up log in box appear at the top of the page wgen I click log in?

Can you test if whether this bug happens only with Aalborg theme?
Also give detailed instructions on how to reproduce the bug. It doesn't seem to happen every time.
It's consistently reproducible in Webkit upon initial page load.
Happens with Chrome and Opera (older version that not uses the the Chrome rendering engine yet) and not with Firefox. Tested only on Linux. It seems to occur only the first time after a page has been loaded. It happens both with caching on and off. And it happens both with the Aalborg theme and the default theme.
