Suggestions for a non-profit project

Hi there,
I'm Daniele from come4.org a non-profit organization that wants to create a new web concept, combining philanthropy and pornography.
We got some funds by a crowdfunding campaing on Ulule and now we are ready to start the project for real.
A part of our website woud be a social network of private users who could post and share their own contents such as videos, pictures and scripts.
I'm here to figure out if elgg could fit our needs for this part of our website, understanding that we are not all expert developers and we are doing this as pro bono activity because we really believe in it.

But seriously, I checked out your site and it's a brilliant idea. Elgg definitely would be a useful starting point.
Elgg fits your need. However you must be aware that elgg is not a finished product. A lot of coding and customization has to be done to get a great product.
