rename member tab @ menu

pls help guys how can i rename members tab to staff. its not in en.php file to change like for other mods

search members in that file.

Hope you found it, I was having similar problems, then discovered most of the actual wordings are in the En.php files, like Balijeet mentioned.. Also you can download a free software called notepad++ and use find in files, it will search for text in a bunch of php files etc
