This is a function to be added to an existing elgg based site and should be fully integrated.
The idea is to allow members of the site to enter, find, and/or rate lawyers that they are using, have used, or would like to use in a divorce case.
The previous developer has implemented this using a modified 'forms' plugin however the results were not as we had hoped.
This can be implemented as an elgg plugin or a stand-alone site function as long as the look, feel, and member data is carried over.
This project should be completed in 15 days max or no payment will be made
