i am rumming elgg 1.8.8 in windows 2008 server (iis 7).... during first installation every thing works fine... later we reinstalled server box and iis with all features.... now i am not able to upload files even of 1kb size... i checked php.ini changed file upload size limit tooo...this killed my day.... help pls
