You talkin' about a Group inside of you own elgg instalation or here in community.elgg.org
Because i'm looking too, how to open a group for languages in my country here in community.elgg.org
If you talk about inside of you own elgg, any elgg instalation version have groups menu to open a group only configuratin' the options in admin panel.
