Which forum is good and bug free for elgg?
Dear friends,
Finally I am going to try having forum on my elgg site, first time I will try forum. I would like to know which forum is best so far for elgg at the moment? Has anyone tested any forum plugin which is bug free and works fine? I am using elgg 1.8.8 with default theme.
I would like your suggestion, as I can see there are some forum plugin already shared here inculding Vanilla forum.
But I don't know which version is okay for elgg 1.8.8?

yes, hype take hypeframework. not a fan of frameworks myself, but hypes work is so beautiful
@kisssssss4ever, framewrok is used to develop plugins more easy, and then share with others.
Thank you so much folks for the replies, I have no problem with framewroks but I am just thinking maybe it will slow down our elgg site :) So if I install hypeframework what plugins I can get for that which work fine for elgg... Please suggest so I can install hypeframework :)

frameworks themselves should not slow down a site, they are just another plugin, unless something is not done correctly. hype has a lot of great plugins at hypejunction.com, i use hypealive, hypeforums, hypespam, and am testing hypegallery and hypewall
