Im translating Elgg into 1.8.8 to swedish, but the letters Å Ä Ö, å, ä, ö appears as �
Anv�ndarnamn . it should be Användarnamn.
How do I solve this?
The solution is to encode the translation file so that is encoded for UTF_8 and then it works fine!
