Duplicate entry '49535' for key 1 QUERY: insert into faceriver set type = 'object', subtype = 'thewire', action_type = 'create', access_id = 1, view = 'river/object/thewire/create', subject_guid = 1425, object_guid = 128214, posted = 1241972711
The thing is I've looked into the db river table and the last entry is the one before this 49534. I cannot find 49535
I am no elgg db expert so any suggestions on what to do would be helpful.
I've had to turn disable the newest members widget, and the members plugin as they where trowing exceptions as well There is no activity at all being posted to the river and if you type something into the wire widget on the riverdashboard you get the above error message even though the message is recorded to the wire.
I am just turned off the river dashboard at this rate there wont be much left soon.
Any suggestions

Do you think I should delete the last entry 49534.?
I have now turned off the plugin friend request as it is producing the same error string
I'm taking a look into this. More information would be helpful - anything you've changed recently (plugins added, database edits) - running in debug mode and copying the log relevant to this
This is a mysql error being thrown back through Elgg rather than an Elgg specific error. Your database thinks there has already been a 49535 entry and since that column is auto-increment it won't allow an insert.
The only thing I can say that may have started it is that my server went down for a few minute and I had to reboot it I was also at the time installing the canvas_menu plugin. I then disabled canvas menu and have not turned it back on.. when we try to look at the guid 49534 it throws an exception even thou I can see it in the database river table as the last one. 49535 that the above exception keeps saying is a duplicate is not there, Well it isn't in the river table anyway.
Ok what would you suggest
I'd backup the database now if you haven't done that already. In debugging this problem, you want cause some other issue. Better to be safe.
I'd next run the garbage collector - this will call optimize table on the river table
it was the first thing I did backup that is I'll try the collector when my site quites down a bit there are 35 people online at the moment so I don't wont to knock them off I'll let you know what happens when I do it
P.S. Thanks for the help
I'd next confirm that the id column is of type int. It should be and the number 49535 doesn't correspond to any rollover issue, but it doesn't hurt to confirm this.
