Hello,
I have searched through the previous elgg discussion about 'Site Notification method' but could not find a suitable solution.
This problem seems not to have a solution yet.
Can anybody help in solving this?

Thanks Nikolai and Daviesmolly for getting involved. I'll leave it up to y'all as it's way over my head.
Thanks again
What I did do is create the html (because I wanted it bold/italics/red) of the recurring message I wanted to appear on all posts and saved it to a text editor file which I placed on my desktop and simply copy/pasted it on the create/edit screen in html mode. VIOLA done.
no solution for this tiny little problem?
