I have read the data that I shared and the steps involved were excluded, but the problems were not solved after, indicating that the site was working well before this, but a short time ago this problem appeared
Need more tests/information about your issue
What information can I provide for you
First of all it would help to know EXACTLY and WITH DETAILS what you have done before this problem started. Have you upgraded Elgg or a plugin, what is the version of Elgg you use, have you added a new plugin, are you using any plugin not compatible with the version of Elgg you use, have you moved to another server, have there been updates on the server? It's quite unlikely that the problem started on its own without any changes happened on the server causing it.
The site was working fine, but I left it for a while and upon my return it became like this and I did not perform any script update
I did not install any new plugin
What would you recommend to me, and would the problem be solved if the issue occurred?
