I ran into two problems with the profile manager plugin, both in the admin section.
Both problems are solved when I deactivate my theme, but I've no clue what I may have done that causes this. As far as I'm aware I didn't change anything there.
I noticed it after installing the event manager. There the location field was read-only. I could select it, but not add the cursor, or type anything in it. Maybe that's a clue too, but removing the plugin didn't help.
I looked in the source to see a difference between my theme and the original, but it looks pretty much the same.
I've no idea where to look next, so any and all suggestions are very welcome. Tnx!

Use firebug or something similar to find out where its breaking
Seems to be a javascript conflict. Check in your browser console.
Thank you for the guidance! Js left from hooverintent was causing the problem.
