Intutively I take it that "Default Dashboard Widgets" at Admin means whatever I choose there will automatically appear as such to new users unless/until they make use of "Edit Page". This just doesn't happen. Instead, new users are still reminded that they have not created their view. Can you kindly resolve this problem?

hi,
Please help me if you know how to set default profile widget for users profile. I have install that default plugin but still it is not working. Help me asap.
Thanks
Mark, you can see an option to set it under Admin, but it doesn't work for me.
You can see the Admin button in the top bar after you have logged in.

Works okay here as has done since installation...
I'd remove and reinstall the plugin to see if that cures it.
Dhrup, nice to know it works. You gave me hope :)
Jed, do you mean deleting the plugin from my file manager? I will try that.
Anyway, first I will try disable/enable.
shillog it working for you? coz its not working for me. i have tried it twice
Just to agree with Jededitor that it has always worked for me as well. Remember that there are two separate configs possible - for user profiles and dashboards.
Don't confuse them as they are different places.
