You must log in to post replies.Simple Cache seems to problems for the uninitiated ;-(
BTW why do I get this error when I click to view ?
Permission error
From Elgg Documentation
-->
-->
--> <!-- start content -->
You do not have permission to do that, for the following reasons:
Simple Cache should be a problem for new developers and hackers, but not for administrators, correct?
What exactly did you click to get the error?
http://docs.elgg.org/wiki/Administration_Manual
I click @
Dealing with a problem user
it tries to goto
http://docs.elgg.org/w/index.php?title=Dealing_with_a_problem_user&action=edit
and wham permission error ;-(
You are so right !!!
new developers and hackers will have problems..
Maybe the Docs could have a little section section to warn them that SimpleCache can and will give them trouble if they do not handle it well ;-)
The wiki is locked down and you have to ask permission to edit: "If you are using Elgg and would like to help us with documentation, please get in touch info@elgg.com"
