Hi,
I have installed the this plugin step by step as listed on README.txt twice and still cannot get this to work properly.
The issues that I am having is that the Elgg_Topbar does not show up once I visit the forum via the TOOLS dropdown menu.
another issue is that it does not allow me to create a New Discussion, so my though is that I am not "logged in" into the Vanilla Forum.
I am not sure is this plugin does not work on Elgg 1.6.
If anyone has had this same problems, please let me know :)
Paul.

Yeap. That fixed it for sure :)
Thanks!
Hi Jardine I love you plugin. I just having one problem. I followed the instruction above about the changing the $Head->AddScript("vendors/jquery/jquery-1.2.6.pack.js",$elgg_url); in the extensions/default.php I followed all that. But still does not show the header. I only have DISCUSSIONS, CATEGORIES, SEARCH on the tabs. no header. And I cannot add a post or post any category. I know I'm logein because it does NOT show "not logged in/sign in" on top right.
I have elgg site on a subdomain. ie. http://www.myelggsite.example.com
so mod is in http://www.myelggsite.example.com/mod/vanillaforum/vanilla
could this be the problem. Please help. Really appreciate your time.
p.s
- i also tried to swtich to basic theme. still doing the same.
- i followed your readme intruction step by step and did NOT change the "lum_" prefix
- curl is runing because i run the testcurl.php with no prob
