About 7 hours ago, i released new release of izap_videos 3.5 plugin. I was exploring community.elgg.org and lil surprised, Why this new release has been deleted from the community. Who could have the rights is only Curvender????????????????????

I have investigated the event and found the following:
The GUID of the deleted plugin is 385079, as referenced from http://twitter.com/the_izap/ in the tweet:
The system log table for the last action on this GUID shows:
The user (performed_by_guid: 15464) associated with this action (event: delete) is:
Investigating how this table is populated, we see engine/lib/system_log.php line 206 populating the performed_by_guid field with a call to
All of this is evidence that the user deleting the plugin is Izap. What this is not evidence for is a compromised account, an accidental or stray mouse click, or another bug in the plugins system.
Since Izap was obviously surprised by this event, I highly recommend that he change his password immediately. I will be reviewing the plugins system's action files for potential problems.
On a personal note, I also very much respect and anticipate Izap's releases. I am interested in looking into his latest video plugin next week.

there is no upgrade.php i looked in the file not there
@Durangod:upgrade.php is under izap_videos directory. You can browser that file. you can access that file like http://www.xyz.com/mod/izap_videos/upgrade.php replace xyz.com with your domain.
