this could happen if you're on a shared hosting, if you haven't touched anything with your elgg site then it's probably your host. so just send them a support ticket or talk to a live rep if available and ask them if there's something wrong with your database
thnks a lot for the fast answer cim :) im shocked for a while, because all works ok for 2 weeks.. and today happend this! Im going to do that now, thnks again.
no problem, i have a feeling it's due to elgg's intensive resource usage ;)
I didnt kwnow about elgg's intensive resource usage ..but i have only 40 users now at my elgg network.. and i have another community with 1600 users that i want to move to elgg... now i think if i do that, the server could "explode" ..ouch!
true, my community is nearing the 900 mark lool
you are right; I send a support ticket but meanwhile, change the database at settings.php for other database i use for "experiments" ..and with that experinmental database it works.. well.. I will see waht to do when my support ticket has an answer. Unless i know that i dont broke my community for my own lol
hmm, have you touched your main database prior to the error?
not, i dont touch anything at the phpmyadmin. why?
i was thinking in the phmyadmin, sorry. I mean, i dont touch the database anyway
You know?? now, my site works ok looooll (i dindt do nothing!)
