You must log in to post replies.you can do echo ...->sitename I'm not sure what the exact call is, but you can find it somewhere in the core code of elgg. Have a look in the root/views/page_elements/header.php or header_content.php
Should be in there.
when i done elgg_view header.php file ,
my whole page gets interrupted
you don't want to echo the whole header...that will cause you problems.
You only want to echo the site name. There is a special call for it. You can probably find it in one of those 2 files. If not, search in the developer docs on this site.
You saying you enabled custom_index plugin? or a custom index plugin you created?
either way code is:
;-)
I have not enabled custom index.
the thing is i have created a new theme
and in the start.php i have used function to replace original index
with mine.
now i get whole url like "http://example.com/"
as title .
i need to get sitename as title in all browsers.
i will add one more detail.
i am facing trouble only in index page
