Hello, All!
I'm overriding the two_column_left_sidebar.php view and I'd like to include a widget within the two_column_left_sidebar div so that the widget always appears when the left sidebar layout is used (think of it as a side navbar that is already implemented as a widget.)
Which function should I use to include the widget in my view?

You must log in to post replies.I figured it out:
$widget = new ElggWidget(57);
echo elgg_view('custom_index_widgets/wrapper', array('entity'=>$widget));
That s useful, how do i figure out the widet number? i guess 57 is for specific one?
hello?
where can I find the widgets numbers?
I am asking the same question.... anyone could help?
goto entity_subtypes ->
gives you the subtype ID for the Widget
From there,
goto to entities to lookup entity that has
type=object and subtype to whatever found before
grab the GUID # for that entity ->
that is the widget's "number"
