Yesterday this problem started. Some of my members started to email me saying that after they enter their email address and password and proceed to login, all that happens is they get a white screen and cannot view the website again until they clear their cache.
After this started happening, I tried to login with my main "superadmin" account and the same thing.
I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the "remember me" option being selected on the login page...
Any suggestions welcome - i'm worried this is going to start happening with all my members accounts which would be horrible....
Thanks!

You must log in to post replies.white screen when i've had it is some of the code is missing or wrong so instead of it outputting an error it just shows a white page, try checking the page that they redirect to when they login
What version of Elgg are you using? What hosting do you have? Also, which plugins had you installed lately?

This happen to me. It's because you enable the HTTP. Try disabling it. it worked for me.
cheers :)
@rjcalifornia - i'm using 1.7.4, VPS with WiredTree and I haven't changed any plugins in several weeks.
@Ashley - how do I disable http?
Thanks for your replies
send your website url - can look 1st-hand ;)
http://myforces.ca - it has only happened to a few of my members.
Bottom Bar was causing this issue - i've disabled it and switched to Elggchat for the time being.
