What platform is ocportal based on? If Joomla, take a look at jConnect. If other, explore the above link and OAuth/OpenID
OCP manages logins in these code areas :-
. sources/user.php @ function handle_logins()
and
. sources/users_active_actions.php @ function handle_active_login($username)
There is are no Elgg hooks to allow Elgg to act as an
open-id style server (you'll have to code your own hooks..)
The easiest approach might be to hook into OCP's login handlers
as above - and authenticate against the Elgg users_entity database
table; and/or maybe probing for the Elgg logged-in cookie as well.
Now I get it :) I thought ocportal was just a site name, but it turns out to be a CMS in itself :) Too many CMS solutions nowadays.
I am not much of a coder. Only 11... Just bought a book on php ;-). Anyway I hope I can find a way.
