Hmmm... could be a starter for a ratings & review plugin that allows users to rate something using a number of criteria and comment too. Example:

-> Being Rated: Vacation Spot XYZ

-> Customer Service (3 stars)  /  Location (2 stars)  /  Ambiance (4 stars)   /   AVG RATING:  3 Stars

-> Review: This vacation spot was ok, but not really that fab... and the location was terrible.

-> Tags: 20's, moderate income, west coast
