Elgg Blog: Elgg 1.8.6 Released

The 1.8.6 version of Elgg is ready for downloading. We fixed over 40 issues including:
- Added support for detecting docx, xlsx, and pptx files.
- Language caching conflict with plugin activate scripts.
- Fixed a recursive entity enabling bug.
