@nikolai, I forgot to clear the caches ;) Now it shows up.
In Elgg 6.x versions, the blog from the standard plugins creates a new copy with each edit. In other words, when a created blog is edited again and "save" is pressed, it is duplicated as a separate blog with the same name. Interesting?

I'm unable to reproduce this. Do you have any plugins enabled which changed the Blog plugin (like Blog Tools)? If so please disable those plugins and try again.

You are right Jerome,
The plugin, Blog tools, was activated. After deactivating the plugin, the invalidating caches and upgrading, the issue never repeats again. The cause of the error was the "blog tools" plugin.
