If the fix for mod/embed/languages/it.php included in the zip?
@Juho: it seems so.
But the language files have definitely not been fetched completely from Transifex. While some language files have been changed - or rather new translated files added - it seems that changed files have not been fetched. For example I've definitely updated the German language files last week and these changed are not included in the zip of 1.12.4.
Upgraded without a hitch.
