It's about time for another Elgg event, and I'm please to introduce Jeroen Dalsem of ColdTrick IT Solutions with an announcement about the next ElggCamp: ElggCamp Amsterdam!
After a great ElggCamp San Francisco it is now time for an ElggCamp in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Hosted by ColdTrick IT Solutions, ElggCamp Amsterdam will take place on June 14th, 2013 and will bring a mix of people together in the Planetarium. Expect developers, designers, communication specialists but also end users and people who are new to Elgg. This event will bring all these people together to share their experiences with Elgg. The day will be filled with talks about Elgg divided into a general / end user track and a developer track, but there will also be a lot of time to meet new people. Register soon because tickets are limited.
Check out the site elggcampams.com/english for more information. We hope to see you there!

First registrations are already a fact, so register soon! Hope to see you there!
@jdalsem How soon will there be more details about the program and the speakers?
My employer might take care of my travel expences but I need to provide more details to my boss first. ;)
@juho i'll expect next week to update the program and sponsors information
elggcampams.com appears to not exist... I too would like to see moe info
root domain ~camppams.com goes to webhost's home-page ?!;o( as if domain's disappeared ;-\
Even the coldtrick website is gone? huh?
I bet those two things are related...
If this is hacking, then this shows, that some mighty bad guys fear great and alternative usable social network software, and at the same time it's a threat by this bad guys.
I know some 'western-patriots' will hate me for this what I now write (but hatred is an impossible way to reach 'freedom'...), but if this is hacking, then I guess, this is guided by industrial-capitalistic-imperialist guys, as a sign.
I hope it is not hacking, but what else should this be?
And if it is hacking: You elgg-devs: We all like your mighty software: Keep up your good work.

Hardware failure is the reason our sites are currently down. Didn't have any downtime in 5 years, so they are making up for it now :)
Everyone can still register!

@michele we (ColdTrick) will be in Amsterdam from Thursday until Saturday, so it should be possible to meet up before or after the event to talk some more about Elgg. If there are more people interested, just let me know and we will arrange something.
hop and a skip from Dublin:)
Looks like the timings not that great for me, would be inconveniencing too many people here with my absense. Oh well, would have been fun.
Any chance of getting live feeds of the event?
I'll be definitely comming. Jeroen, if you need some help, I can also prepare a presentation for some Elgg-related topics. I sent you an email with details.
i'm interested to come - i am quite close - just across some sea water..
short on cash though presently, so if anyone has a way to get me from the area commonly known as east of england, to holland, like a private helicopter, teleportation tube or erm.. ferry ticket.. then let me know.. haha
i second the live feed, would be great for those of us who cant make it.
By the way, our sites are back up and running.
Michele, I will stay the whole weekend as well. I'm not sure wether it will change your plans :)
Btw, I think live feed would be a very good idea.
I will come ! It probably will never be closer to my home and I definitely want to meet some of you :-)
Good news! Brett will also be there :)
If were able to make it, I wouldn't mind meeting a bothering *appreciative* user :)
On that note, I was holding out hope that I could pull off a last minute schedule rearrangement and still make it out there, but now I'm flying the in the opposite direction. Oh well, have fun everyone.
How it went there? Can we count on some videos/recordings from the speeches to be availible somewhere?
