In particular I am interested in controlling Pages for Groups only and only by group creator or administrators

         Let me know is their any widget available for creating subgroup. Then i want to override the existing group listing..

i am not sure about overwriting the existing group listing, but groups extended adds the ability to add groups to another group, which creates sub groups.
