@Fazli you mentioned in a previous posting that the problem shows on wire and blog pages. For the wire pages you have identified the thewirepro plugin causing the problem in combination with the verification plugin. That would be one combination...

  This will work under the following conditions:
  cron must be running on the server
  
  the mentioned user must enable notification delivery on "Notification settings" page
  
  "Site Notifications" plugin must be enabled to deliver site notifications
  
  the mail service must be configurating to deliver notifications by email

Try to disable Translation editor then activate Verification and check again.

Thanks, Nikolai, Sorry to say, No other 3rd party plugins are installed except thewirepro, translationeditor, grouptools, blogtools, eventmanager, newsletter, pagestools and verification. And only verification is deactivated at the moment....

Just cloned your last 20 blogs with title and content - no errors. Sorry, I can't figure out what's going on. Are you sure you're using this version of the plugin? None of our customers have reported such issues.
